- Payments and Refunds
All payments made by you for our services are non-refundable. This is due to the specialized nature of our repair and restoration work and the materials used. - Service Variations :
- We may not be able to find an exact match for replacement fittings or leather panels. This can be due to variations in new versus used materials, availability of specific materials, or inherent colour variations in natural leather.
- Our colour-matching experts will make every effort to match colors accurately, but slight variations may occur. Additionally, leather panel changes in goods will result in slight differences in grains and texture of leather and fabric, making color matching challenging.
- It is also difficult to find the exact finish of your metal fittings, so replaced fittings may slightly vary from the original ones. We do not guarantee this type of issue.
- In some fashion goods, there may be PU/rexin used in the construction of the item. We cannot repair these peeling-off parts and can only replace the panel or handle with leather. Therefore, we cannot provide a guarantee for such issues.
- We don’t provide guarantee for oxidized or scratched metal hardware in fashion products. We get it plated them but cannot guarantee an exact match to the original finish.
- Sofas and car seats are guaranteed for a maximum of 6 months for colour restoration, subject to normal use, from the date of work done.
- Handbags, jackets, clothing, and fashion goods cannot be guaranteed for colour restoration, except for brand-new zippers which have a 6-month guarantee subject to normal use.
- Transit Responsibilities:
- We properly and securely pack your products and deliver them safely to customer on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss, damage, or theft during transit.
- We do forward and reverse booking of customer packages, but we cannot give guarantee for delays, loss, damage, misplace or theft that may occur during transit.
- Shipping and Delivery:
- We do proper and safe packing, we handle all products very carefully and technically during repair and restoration.we do all outstation deliveries and -that while we take great care in handling your items during the repair and restoration process, The Leather Restorators cannot be held liable for any item lost or damaged during shipping.
- Customers outside Delhi NCR are responsible for any loss or damages incurred during transit to and from our facility. It is advise to go by coverage an additional insurance for valuable items a t your own. We do not guarantee for any loss, misplace,,damage that may occur during transit.
- Unforeseen Circumstances:
We will not be liable for any delay in delivering your items if they delay or failure is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include:
- War, riot, civil commotion, or malicious damage
- Compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, or direction
- Fire, flood, storm, or Act of God
